With all the rain around in Brisbane last week, my footy training was cancelled on Thursday night.
So, while I was bunkered down indoors, I punched out a quick 15 minute session in my living room.
It’s a simple workout, but really effective, and it’s perfect for anyone who wants to develop their core and flexibility.
