FAQs: 

How much time do I need to dedicate to the challenge?

A maximum of 30 minutes of education each week, as well as a few minutes at the end of the week to check in with your progress.

When are the weekly education sessions?

Tuesday evenings at 7pm. And if you can’t make it live, a recording will be sent out.

Is it all online?

You’re welcome to do the entire challenge online. However, we realise that some people learn best via face to face sessions, so we will have the option to attend the education sessions either online or at the studio.

What fitness level do I need to be at?

It’s open to all fitness levels!

Will exercise sessions be included in the challenge?

The challenge will involve education around the topic of exercise, however your workouts will be self-led. If you’d like extra support with this, check out our BASE program – it’s the perfect way to ease into exercise in a time-efficient, fun way!
