5 exercises to do when you can’t put your baby down

As mums, we know that there will be plenty of times when it’s just not possible to put our babies down. Teething, developmental leaps, separation anxiety – there are lots of reasons why our littlies want us close. (Isn’t it nice to be loved like that?)nBut what do you do when you want to exercise?nSince having Isabella almost 3 years ago, there have been countless times where I’ve had to adapt my workout to suit her moods. And now, I’m doing the same with 14 week old Noah! Today I wanted to share with you my 5 go-to exercises for those times when you want to do something for yourself, but your kids just want to be near you! 1. Squatsn2. Lungesn3. Squats with shoulder pressn4. Push upsn5. CrunchesnJust remember, while you’re exercising with your baby, always lock your core on. And if you’re squatting/lunging, always hold bub in front of you and avoid twisting – you don’t want an injured back! Happy training x
