A quick workout you can do at home
There’s a myth about exercise that I’d really like to squash.
Apparently, in order to get results you need to sweat it out for at least 45 minutes.
And then the fitter you get, the longer your workouts should go for.
I’m sorry, but I don’t have that kind of time, and I’m guessing if you’re reading this, you may not have it either!
Not only that, but you can actually achieve greater results if you work out for short periods of time… The key, though, is to workout at a high intensity.
It’s something that we practice here at MP with our group fitness sessions and it’s a really time efficient way to see changes in your fitness levels, and to get started on the journey of body transformation.
So this week, I wanted to share with you an example of a workout that you can do any time, anywhere – you don’t need equipment, you just need a timer and your energy!
Enjoy!
