+ Breathing & Ice Bath Sessions
Taking a breath is the first and the final thing we do in this world. We breathe all day, every day, in order to stay alive.
Beyond this life-giving force, however, we can unlock so many incredible health benefits by harnessing our breath in ways that go beyond our everyday involuntary motion.
In life, as we respond to the world around us, our breathing changes to match those states of being. The great thing is, we can also use the breath to influence our state, too! This enables us to choose and change our emotional, physiological and psychological way of being, reducing stress, overwhelm and disconnection.

We use breathwork in conjunction with another powerful healing modality – ice baths!
Ice baths have long been used as a tool to help boost recovery after playing sport, however there is so much more to it!
Cold water therapy has been scientifically proven to:
- Speed up metabolism
- Reduce inflammation
- Increase focus
- Improve sleep quality
- Improve immune response
We are now offering WEEKLY Breathing and Ice Bath Sessions at the studio and you’re invited to join us!
What to expect:
- GATHER: Meet in the studio for an introduction to the breathwork process.
- REFLECT: Pause and ponder how you’ve been feeling lately and tune into the current “astro weather.”
- BREATHE: Luke will guide you through breathing techniques to help you connect more to yourself and the world around you.
- SHARE: Once we’ve finished the practice, you have the opportunity to share what you took from the process. It can be anything from feeling nice and relaxed to having your consciousness travel to the other end of the universe! Every experience is welcomed.
- ICE BATH TIME: You’re invited to stay in for up to 3 minutes, and there are always a few different temperatures to choose from. So, whether it’s your first or your tenth ice bath, there is an option for you!

We have different options to choose from, depending on whether you’re ready to make this a regular part of your wellness routine or you’d prefer to drop in when it suits you!

- What to bring: Courage, an open mind, blanket, towel, swimmers, journal, pen. (Please shower before you come in).
