This program has been designed to help our clients develop more freedom in their day to day movement.
Many of us sit at a desk for hours each day, which creates tightness in our joints. Lower back pain, tight hips and hunched shoulders are just a few of the imbalances that come with this sedentary lifestyle.
Human beings are made to move and throughout our time together in the BUILD Program, we help our clients experience the freedom and joy that comes from moving pain-free. The program includes:
✔ A discovery session at our New Farm studio to determine the best movements for your goals
✔ A personalised program for your 2 studio sessions each week
✔ An “At Home Flow” program, to enhance your results
✔ Exercises designed to improve flexibility, mobility and strength
✔ Regular program reviews to ensure continued results
