Luke has been a mentor and guide to clients in the fitness industry for almost 15 years.
Working with young people, to athletes, to CEOs and business owners, one thread is common – he has a way of helping people become more confident, centred and fulfilled by implementing sustainable lifestyle practices.
Drawing on his success as a semi-professional rugby league player, he partners with clients to train, think and feel their way to success (whatever that looks like for them). This experience, coupled with his vast personal history, helps him to support his clients in creating meaningful lifestyle goals and achievable ways to reach them!
