Once a quarter, we do a different social activity with our crew here at MP. 
We’ve learnt to surf, we’ve done stand-up paddleboarding, trampolining, and this month, we decided to go with rockclimbing. 
We went last Saturday and it was super fun! 
But, my goodness, it was hard work!
I didn’t realise until I was half way up the wall on one of my climbs just how tiring it would be, and how much I’d be using my muscles!
I got a great workout – and it got me thinking….
Do we always need to work out in the gym in order to see results?
