The silly season is well and truly here!

Christmas songs playing on repeat at the shops, Santa photos plastered all over social media, and Christmas parties happening every weekend.

It’s a great time of year for celebrations!

But it can also be a challenging time of year if you’re trying to lose weight and get healthy.

High calorie-foods and alcohol are readily available.

We had a Christmas party on Friday night and with a bar tab available, it would have been easy to go overboard.

But we didn’t, and we still had a great time!
