This is one of my all time favourite salads!
I love it so much because:
– It’s easy to prepare (literally takes minutes)
– It’s full of crunch. This means my body has to work hard to digest it, which means more fat is being burnt
– It’s really tasty and versatile; pair it with any protein source for a complete meal.
