So this week I’m 35 weeks pregnant and starting to feel a little on the sluggish side! It’s getting harder to move, but I’m so happy that I’ve been able to continue working out this far into my pregnancy. This week, I filmed a quick home workout that is great for any pregnant ladies, or anyone getting back into exercise. It’s not too intense, but you still feel it at the end! Our ligaments are relaxing in preparation for giving birth, so we have to take extra care.
