Rach and I have been asked this question a bit over the past couple of months – “How do you fit it all in?”

We work with a lot of parents, who are juggling kids, work, staying fit, being social, eating well, etc etc.

We’re no different, and we completely agree – it’s really hard to keep on top of everything all at once!

In this week’s Transformation Tip, we wanted to share a few truths with you about how we go about things.

Hopefully our simple ideas can be of use to you, because there’s nothing worse than the constant feeling of always being behind where you should be!
