Many people are surprised to hear that I was once a smoker.

Initially, I was a very heavy user of marijuana.

And then, once I gave up marijuana, I turned to cigarettes.

I simply replaced one addiction with another.

And it can often happen when people give up cigarettes, too.

I’ve heard of many people turning to food to replace their smoking habit – it’s incredibly common.

But at the end of the day, whether it’s cigarettes, recreational drugs, exercise or food you’re addicted to, it’s just a habit that can be broken.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lot easier said than done – but it can be done!

This week’s video is for anyone who’s trying to kick their smoking habit – I hope these few tips help you in the same way they helped me give up smoking.
