Ask my wife, the first question I ask her when she tells me she’s booked our next holiday is, “So, is there a gym?”

There’s just something I love about being able to workout in a different environment, on my own time.

Plus, it’s nice to be able to continue with my normal exercise routine while I’m away.

Now I completely understand if you don’t necessarily share my enthusiasm!

Holidays and work travel are meant to be enjoyed, right?

But, it is possible to enjoy your time away and still stay on track with your health and fitness goals.
