It’s so good getting your exercise done first thing in the morning.
You can get in to your work day, knowing that you’ve taken time to move your body – because let’s face it, sometimes our days don’t go as planned and working out later in the afternoon/evening doesn’t always eventuate.
So yes, it’s great to workout in the morning.
But it’s not so fun when it’s the middle of winter (and you’re comfortable and warm under your doona when the alarm goes off at 5:30am!)
