When you think of breakfast, what images spring to mind?
Cereal? Juice? Toast?
Yeah, me too.
But when you look at the ingredients in these items, most of it’s pretty highly processed.
And considering that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as it literally “breaks the fast” from your sleep the night before, those traditional brekky options all of a sudden don’t seem all that appetising.
So what are some alternatives?
