Sound familiar? Balance is a word that gets thrown around a lot these days. But while it may be a common term, balance has a different meaning for everyone. Work, health, relationships, family, social life – we all place importance on different aspects of our lives at different times, and sometimes it can be hard to know what you should prioritise first. For example, I know there are times that I have a mental argument with myself because I feel like I’m working too much and should be spending more time with my family. When people come to see me at the studio, often their health has taken a back seat for a certain period of time, and they’d like to get more “in balance” again to see some different results in their health, body shape, energy levels, etc. And that’s just the beginning of the journey! The road to achieving our ideal body is never a smooth one, and we all have various life commitments pulling us in all sorts of directions on a daily basis. This seems to be a common struggle with some of my clients at the moment, so I wanted to do a quick video on some ways to restore whatever your version of balance is in your life.
