That’s a lot of food, isn’t it?!

I must admit, when I first heard this particular idea, I felt the same.

“How am I going to eat that much?”

“How am I going to have the time to prepare all that?”

But there’s some simple ways to make eating more regularly, whatever that looks like for you, work.
