“I don’t have time.” 

It’s one of the major roadblocks to people getting started with exercise. 

Between kids, work, maintaining a relationship with your partner, having a social life, etc, exercise sometimes gets pushed down the priority list. 

Totally normal. 

But I’m always looking for ways to make exercise easier and more accessible for people and this week, I was reminded of the importance of incidental exercise. 

That is, doing little bits of basic movements throughout your day, on your way to work or getting the groceries done, for example.

There are so many different ways to incorporate movement into your day, and this week, I’ve shared a few ideas with you in the video.
