It’s a question that I’ve been asked many times before, and one that I’ve even asked myself.

It’s incredibly frustrating busting your butt every day, only to look in the mirror and see no change.

All those hours in the gym, all those intense workouts, all that sweat, all those early mornings…

And all for what?

Well, something I’ve learnt in my own transformation, is that intense workouts will only get you so far.

And while they are an integral piece of the puzzle, they are not the WHOLE picture!
