Our question this week came from one of our awesome clients, Juls, and it’s one that I’m sure many people will relate to – especially in winter!

“I really want to come to the sessions, but I’m struggling to get up in the morning!”

I chatted a few weeks ago about motivation, and some simple things you can do to get moving on your own.

But there’s one aspect of motivation, that is incredibly powerful, that I want to focus on today.

If you do just do this one thing, your ability to get up and get moving will improve dramatically – I promise!

So, get ready to share your goals and the actions you’re going to take with the people in your life who will support you and encourage you! You’ll be much more likely to turn up to a session if you’ve let other people know you’re going to be there.
