So far, we’ve identified the habit and we’ve determined what the cue, routine and rewards are in the cycle, too.

In today’s video, we learn about how we can change our disempowering habits and what we need to do to maintain our mindset, once we’ve kicked our habits that were holding us back to the curb!
It’s all very well and good to know what our habits are and which ones we need to change, in order for us to look better or feel better or function better.
Taking action and sticking to it is where the magic happens!
