It’s pretty common to hear people in the fitness industry talking about snacks. 

Some people recommend snacking in between breakfast and lunch, and/or lunch and dinner. 

Some people have a whole list of snack options to choose from.

Me? Well, I like to think of snacking a little differently.

While it is good to eat something in between the main meals, and it’s true that eating the right foods more regularly will help you lose body fat, I don’t recommend my clients “snack.”
