Last week, we chatted about a fact of life – that between the ages of 30-60, we lose (on average) 7kg of muscle mass and we gain 15kg of fat!

Last week I chatted mainly to the ladies, so this week I wanted to speak to the lads about another unfortunate fact of life…. That as we age, our testosterone levels naturally decline.

This decline can have an impact on our sex drive – it can significantly reduce it!

Low testosterone can also increase our body fat, lower our muscle mass and decrease our bone density.

And did I mention it can reduce our sex drive?! 😉
