Luke Archer

Luke has been operating MP for over 10 years. He is passionate about helping people transform their lives, physically, mentally and emotionally.

This passion comes from his own experiences, of growing up on the Gold Coast and being exposed to drugs and alcohol from a very early age. There was a period in his life where he was a daily user of marijuana, and as a result, he struggled to manage his mental health.

Fast forward to now, and Luke is happy, healthy and committed to helping others make healthy and sustainable choices with nutrition, exercise and a positive support network, in the same way that he was able to.

When he’s not training clients, you’ll find him working in his role as Business Development Manager for Souths Logan Rugby League Club. He works with semi-professional and junior clubs in the Logan catchment, one of the biggest nurseries of rugby league in Australia.  Luke has played league since the age of 6, and feels incredibly blessed that he can now give back to the community who supported him so much growing up.

Luke specialises in helping people regain confidence within themselves, turn back the clock and live a more balanced, fulfilling life, at any age or stage.

Rachael Archer

Rachael has been involved with the health and fitness industry for 16  years and loves seeing the changes in people as they make healthy habits a part of life! Having experienced her own weight loss journey, she is here to support you with yours.

Rachael knows what it’s like to burn the candle from both ends. In her previous role, she would regularly live on a few hours sleep, heaps of coffee and take away food to get her through the day. Working harder was a badge of honour, and she wore it with pride.

However, over time, the weight piled on and the energy levels began to fade, so she knew she had to make some changes. And she did! She quit her job, overhauled her life and is now experiencing sleep deprivation of a different kind – as a mum to 2 beautiful kids!

Rachael specialises in helping mums integrate good food and exercise in to the craziness that is motherhood. She is passionate about helping mums have more energy, get stronger and feel fitter with simple, time efficient workouts and easy to prepare meals. As a mum herself, she understand the mental load women are facing everyday, and wants to be a support to the mums in her community and beyond.

Darren Wilcock

We welcomed Darren (Daz) to the MP team in 2020, and he brings a wealth of life experience with him.

Born in England, he has always been sporty, having competed in athletics, boxing and Thai boxing.

After finishing school at the age of 16, he began labouring, and progressed through the ranks to becoming a wood machinist and supervisor. After being with that company for 20 years, he moved to Australia. Throughout his time here, he has been a take-away shop owner and has also worked in the prison system, which he says was incredibly challenging, eye-opening, yet rewarding work.

He has recently begun working in the fitness industry, and has a particular passion for boxing/Thai boxing! In his words, “I think this is the best industry to be in, as you see the positive influence you have on people. I love what I do. My only regret is that I didn’t get into it sooner.”
