I wanted to take a bit of a different approach to our Transformation Tip this week.

We’ve talked a lot lately about mindset, motivation, etc.

And that is a huge part of any transformation.

But this week, I wanted to give you an insight into what we eat everyday, and just how easy it is to prepare.

If you’re wanting to lose weight, burn fat or tone up, crunchy, brightly-coloured veggies are your best friend!

You can’t eat too much of this stuff!

Veggies stoke the fire that is your metabolism, which means you burn more fat.

Add lots of crunchy veggies to the mix – like cabbage, cauliflower, brocoli, celery – to get your body working even harder.
