PB of the Week: Rodney Florent

Congratulations to Rodney Florent, our winner for this week! One of the roadblocks that pop up for many people when it comes to health and fitness, is the fact that they have “no time” for working out. Well, let us introduce Rodney… Father of 4 (3 kids under the age of 5!), loving husband, full time worker, with another great project that he runs from home and… a regular exerciser! We wanted to acknowledge Rod for making the effort to join us at the studio several times per week, regardless of how much sleep (or lack thereof) he has had the night before. He works hard, always puts in a strong effort and is a big inspiration to us. We are ALL busy, and it’s great to see someone with so many commitments making time for himself. Well done, Rod!
