Posture is so much more than how straight our spine is. When your body is in alignment, you can move pain-free and perform day to day movements with ease. You can breathe easily, have more energy and by standing tall, you feel more self-confident, too.

- Back pain or aches in various joints in the body
- Rounded shoulders
- Headaches
- Neck stiffness
- Poor range of motion
- Shallow breathing
- Fatigue
- Low mood
Fortunately, these symptoms can be improved by introducing some strength building exercise and a few new habits.
Introducing our Posture Program! A specialised 12 week package to help you get out of pain and cultivate more strength and confidence within yourself.

- 12 x weekly strength based sessions to help you improve the alignment of your body
- 12 x weekly cardio/mobility classes to help free up those tight areas
- An at home exercise program that you can perform in a few minutes per day

Class times: Mobility – every Tuesday 6:07am (30 minute class); Strength – every Friday 6:07am (60 minute class)
