Every week, Rach and I plan the dishes we’d like to have for our main meals over the course of the week.
This week, Rach had already decided what we were going to have by the time we got around to talking about it, and when she told me that lamb shanks were on the menu, I genuinely jumped for joy!

It’s super easy to prepare, and once you’ve thrown all the ingredients into the slow cooker, you can sit back and relax while it cooks itself.
