Recipe of the Week: Garlic Soy Shredded Beef
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…. I’m in love with my slow cooker! We’re all busy, so why not make cooking as easy as possible?nThat’s where the slow cooker comes in. This recipe is so easy because all you need to do is throw your meat in, add your flavour and leave it for a few hours.nDoesn’t get much easier than that! Pic courtesy of www.gopopgo.wordpress.comnIngredients: 1kg topside beef, dicedn2 tbsp. minced garlicn4 tbsp. soy sauce salt and pepper to season Method: Place the diced topside in the slow cooker. Add garlic and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Place the lid on the slow cooker and turn it on to low. Leave it for 6 hours or until the meat comes apart easily. With 2 forks, shred the beef to your liking. Serve with your favourite vegies and flax oil for a complete MP meal! That’s sure to warm you up this winter – enjoy!
