Ever felt like you’re being judged for what you’re eating?

As someone who regularly brings their own food from home, and who very rarely drinks, I’ve definitely had times in my life where I’ve felt the pressure from other people who feel the need to share their opinion with me!

And this week, I wanted to talk a little bit about how to handle the situation, should you ever find yourself in it.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not fair on you – you’re doing the best you can and the last thing you need is the people around you trying to bring you down for making positive choices in your life!
