The “M” word
Exercise regularly and eat good food.
The very basics of living a healthy, energetic life.
But even though we have a rough idea of what to do to stay in shape, it’s often very hard to put it into action.
Why?
Well, every person is different, and as a result, we’re all motivated differently, so there are a variety of reasons.
Having said that, there seems to be a few common requirements for turning our thoughts into actions – and today, I want to talk about what I believe are the keys to finding that elusive “m” word – motivation.
Not only finding it, but sustaining it, long term.
It’s a system that’s worked for myself and my clients, and I’m hoping you’ll find it useful, too!
