Well, this week I wanted to continue with a similar theme….

It’s a fairly common method – cut calories, exercise more and expect to lose weight.

And it got me thinking about all the other diets that are mentioned on a regular basis.

The grapefruit diet.

The soup diet.

The Atkins diet.

And the list goes on.

There are so many to choose from – many of them contradicting each other – and it can be so challenging to cut through the noise and work out which one actually works long term.

But there is a way.

I like to call it the “no-dieting” diet.

It’s a simple system for working out the effectiveness of the any diet and you can implement it straight away!
