These days, it’s so easy getting caught up in what everyone else is doing.

The explosion of social media in our lives means that we’re bombarded with what’s going on with other people, whether it be what they’ve had for brekky or what they’re wearing on a night out or where they are on holiday.

And it can be so easy to compare our life to that which we see online, and get disgruntled because we’re not “there” yet.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think that’s a very fun way to live, and there’s definitely been times where I’ve had to stop scrolling through Instagram, put the phone down and just get back to reality and living my life, on my terms!

This week’s video is all about why Theodore Roosevelt was so spot on with his famous quote, “Comparison is the thief of joy,” and I hope that you’re reminded that you are enough, you are worthy and you are exactly where you need to be right now!
