Q: When does it start?
A: Thursday 1st February 2024
Q: Will the Zoom sessions be recorded?
A: Yes, absolutely! If you can’t make it live, we will email the recording out within 24 hours.
Q: Are there workouts included in the program?
A: We will teach you how to construct your own exercise program in week 2. However, if you’d like to join in with some training here at the studio, we can definitely help you with that, too!
Q: Is there a payment plan option?

Q: Will you be doing before/after photos and measurements?
While it’s not a requirement of the program, you’re very welcome to take some photos before and after to track progress.
