Mexican Shredded Beef Ingredients: 1kg beef chuck steakn1 teaspoon minced garlic or chopped garlic clovesn1 teaspoon of coriandern1 teaspoon of chilli flakes or chilli powdern1 teaspoon of cuminn1 teaspoon of saltn1 teaspoon of peppern1/2 cup of water Method: Combine coriander, chilli flakes, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl.nUsing a spoon, spread the herb mixture out over both sides of the meat. Place the meat in the slow cooker and add the water. Turn the slow cooked onto a low setting and leave it for 8 hours. After 8 hours, take a fork in each hand and shred the beef. Voila!
