Ever wanted to achieve something, but thought it was too far out of reach?

I know I have.

It can be so easy to talk yourself out of achieving something huge.

But at the same time, if you don’t have goals, you don’t end up getting what you really, truly want out of life.

This week, I was chatting to my mum, who has recently made some huge life changes.

I asked her what’s led to her success, and she had one great piece of advice to share with me. And whether you want to give up cigarettes, change your food or exercise habits or make some other important lifestyle changes – this simple principle can be applied to anything in life.

I’m so proud of my mum, and I know that simply by taking life one day at a time, it’s made a massive difference to her health and wellbeing.
