Chances are, if you’re a mum, you have a pram. Did you know that there are lots of great exercises you can do with a pram? I did a workout at the park with Isabella yesterday. I had her in the pram for the first round of exercises, and then took her out, thinking that she’d like to run around, but she enjoyed herself so much, that she hopped straight back in! I did 10 of each exercise, with a 40 second run (pushing the pram) at the end. I repeated this 5 times. I like to find ways that you can incorporate exercise into every day activities, like going to the park, or heading out for a walk. It’s always a great workout when you can incorporate your bub into the session – they may be fairly light, but they seem to get heavier as the workout goes on :)nEnjoy!
