Some people are driven by a weight loss goal. 

Other people prefer to work towards an event, such as a fun run or a wedding. 

And others have a sporting related goal. 

In order to stay on track, we need to know what we’re working towards and we need to understand how we’re wired. 

If you’re training for the wrong thing, chances are your results will be disappointing. 

You won’t be focused or excited about the process, and your end game will reflect that.
