So this weekend is Easter.
And we all know what that means….
Chocolate.
Hot cross buns.
More chocolate.
And then some different chocolate.
Repeat.
But what happens if you’re trying your best to cut down on processed foods because you have a goal you’re working towards?
Are you supposed to ignore the treats around you?
Do you lock yourself indoors at home so you’re not tempted to indulge?
Or do you go all out for the whole weekend? (You’ll get back on track next week, right?)
