Taking a breath is the first and the final thing we do in this world. We breathe all day, every day, in order to stay alive.
Beyond this life-giving force, however, we can unlock so many incredible health benefits by harnessing our breath in ways that go beyond our everyday involuntary motion.

In life, as we respond to the world around us, our breathing changes to match those states of being. The great thing is, we can also use the breath to influence our state, too! This enables us to choose and change our emotional, physiological and psychological way of being, reducing stress, overwhelm and disconnection.

Weekly online breathwork
Join us every Tuesday at 7pm for a breathwork session to help you re-centre and relax into your evening. The session is held online via Zoom, so you can join us from the comfort of your own home!

- What to bring: Courage, an open mind, blanket, 2 x towels, swimmers, journal, pen. (Please shower before you come in).
