When my priorities weren’t in order…
Do you ever feel like you simply don’t have enough time to get everything done?
I’ve had times like this, when it doesn’t seem like there’s enough hours in a day.
But why is it that some people seem like they’re able to do it all?
Spend quality time with the kids, excel at work, have a thriving social life and a still have time to exercise, eat well and meditate.
How do they do it?

Well, whilst I’m definitely not perfect, I can honestly say that I have more balance in my life these days.
I put it down to working out what’s most important to me, and how I really want to spend my days.
And it all came from an unpleasant experience with my daughter, Bella, when she was just months old.
