Back pain is something that affects so many of us.
Sitting all day at a computer, carrying a child on your hip or hours spent scrolling through Facebook can all impact our spine, and the muscles around it.
I’ve been asked about back pain a few times this week, so thought I’d do a quick video on some simple strategies that I use on a daily basis, that you too can implement into your everyday life, to dramatically improve your pain.
