Our 3 year old, Bella, is very quickly developing a wide vocabulary, and when she said to me in the middle of a sports store the other day, “I’m frustrated,” it took me by surprise.
I hadn’t heard her use that language before.
Did she even know what that meant?
So I dug a little deeper…. And ended up getting a pretty powerful lesson out of the whole situation, one that I think will be really helpful to anyone wanting to change some of their habits around exercise.
