We all know how important exercise is for keeping fit, healthy and in shape, so what are we meant to do if we need to stop working out due to injury?
Is all of our progress going to stop?
I’ve just had thumb surgery and whilst I’ll be able to get back into exercise in a few weeks and do exercises that don’t involve the use of my left hand, right now I can’t do anything.
And if I focused on all the things I couldn’t do, I’d be feeling pretty down in the dumps.
Instead, I choose to focus on a few key areas that when executed correctly, will mean that I won’t notice much difference in my body shape during my recovery ahead.
I fully intend to get back to playing footy as soon as I’m able to!
So what areas do I need to be really precise with?
