It’s that time of year where colds and flu are everywhere.
So many people I’ve chatted to over the past couple of weeks have been sick or have a child that has been unwell.
And it’s definitely not fun!
I myself have had a bit of a sniffle this week, and I tried to stop and rest for a little bit, but when you’ve got kids and a business to run, and all the other responsibilities that come with being an adult, there isn’t much time left to do that, is there?!
So what should you do?
When you’re struck down with an illness, should you push through? Should you keep training or just rest completely?
