Transformation Tip: How to avoid feeling alienated by what you eat
Have you ever been on a diet and had the feeling like you’re missing out on life?
I was out to dinner with some of my clients on Tuesday night (we were eating dumplings!) and we were having the discussion about this very thing.
Sometimes when you start a new diet, the conditions around what you can eat are so strict that you have to miss out on coffee dates, dinners out and weekend socialising.
But to have a healthy and toned body, does it really need to be this way? I don’t think so!
I discuss this very question in this week’s Transformation Tip.
Have you ever experienced a feeling of loneliness when you’ve been on a diet? I’d love to hear from you!
