I’ve been playing a competitive sport for as long as I can remember (rugby league).
There’s not a week that goes by where I’m not fighting to keep my spot on the team, and we are competing against a new team each and every weekend in games.
It’s something I’m used to.
Anyway, it’s currently off season for footy, so I’ve been attending my local gym to do some group conditioning classes.
And I’ve noticed that my competitive nature has been out in force!
But last week, I had a bit of a realisation that reminded me of what’s actually REALLY important when it comes to working out.
(And while video technology is great, unfortunately the first 45 seconds or so of this video has poor sound quality…. It does get better after that though!)
